In addition to the answers provided here, you will find more information about using the current version of CAM in Known issues. If you still cannot find an answer to your question, see Contact Support.
You can use the creative ID from CAM to pull up the creative code in your browser:
In CAM, locate the creative in question, view the creative details, and make a note of the Creative ID.
Paste the following URL into a browser, replacing the CID variable (shown in bold) with the Creative ID for your creative:
http://rad.msn.com/ADSAdClient31.dll?GetSCreative=&CID=63000000000025342
Right-click the creative in the browser window and click View Source.
This can be caused by adware or malware installed on your computer while testing out malicious creatives. To solve this problem, use approved antivirus and adware scanners on your computer.
By design, MSN Home page display ads do not allow users to utilize the browser Back button. The Creative Acceptance Policy (CAP) states browser Back button functionality does not apply in the case where a creative opens in a separate window.
If the cache-busting token in your creative is not supported by CAM, the creative may not be delivered correctly to the ad placement. When this happens, the ad placement contains a default creative instead. To resolve this, manually replace the cache-busting token in your creative. For more information, see About cache-busting tokens.
DoubleClick uses the character strings ‘&&’ and ‘??’ as part of their click tracking system. If the click-through URL contains either of these strings, the URL may not work correctly. To solve this problem, ask the advertiser to provide a click-through URL that does not contain ‘&&’ or ‘??’.
In the Bing Ads workflow, a creative may be failed automatically if it has incorrect dimensions or is too large. To determine the reason for failure, view the Bing Ads History in the creative details. Any problems identified must be corrected before the creative is resubmitted to Bing Ads.
