Bing for business uses several different methods to make sure your business content and information is secure:
Bing for business results come directly from the same trusted cloud used by Office 365. Bing does not store any of your business content or information in our public web index.
- You can only see your business results when you're signed in with your work and school account.
Bing for business will only return information and SharePoint or OneDrive for Business files that you have permission to see. You may have permission because you created the files or information, they've been shared with you or with a larger group that includes you, or they're stored in folders or locations that you have permission to access.
Bing does not use your Bing for business searches to improve public results and your searches are not used to improve the Bing search engine.
- When using Bing for business, Bing does not let advertisers target you or anyone within your organization.
- Feedback that you send about Bing for business results is not shared with Bing, only people in your organization can see it.
