Potential customers like to know about other customers’ experiences when searching for products or services. Share positive reviews from a reputable third-party source about your website in your ads with a eeview extension. You can paraphrase or use an exact quote from the source.

Each campaign and ad group can have up to 20 review extensions associated with it. As with other extensions, the review extension won’t always show with your ads. You can add a review extension for free and when customers click on it, they’ll be directed to a third-party review source.

Availability: All Bing markets, except for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China.

How do I create a shared review extension?

1. Select Shared Library in the left pane and make sure you're in the Shared Review Extension view.
2. Select Add Review Extension and add the review text in the Editor pane.

How do I associate an existing review extension to a campaign?

1. Select the campaign or ad group from the tree view in the left pane.
2. Select Review Extensions under Ads and extensions from the type list in the left pane.
3. In the data view, select Add associations and select Add ad group Review Extension association or Add campaign Review Extension association.
4. Select the ad group or campaign you want to add a review extension and select Next.
5. Select the review extensions to use.
6. Select OK.

Note:: Making edits to the review extension association will also change the shared review extension. Any associations that link to this shared review extension will also get changed.

How do I edit a review extension association?

1. Select the campaign or ad group from the tree view in the left pane.
2. Select Review Extensions under Ads and extensions from the type list in the left pane.
3. In the data view, select the review extension you want to edit.
4. In the edit pane, edit the review text.
