Get email notifications when your billing documents are ready for download

Find out how to sign up for billing notifications, including notifications with links to your end-of-month summaries of your payments for the previous month.

Email notifications for prepay and postpay threshold accounts

Sign up to receive an email notification at the end of the month that will link you to a summary of your prepayments (prepay accounts) or payments (postpay threshold accounts). Postpay threshold payments can be a result of reaching your billing threshold or your monthly billing date or both. Learn more about billing threshold.

  1. Click the gear icon gear icon, and then click Settings.
  2. Click Billing settings in the left pane. (If it's closed, you can open the pane by clicking the arrow.)
  3. Under Prepay and postpay threshold settings, select Send notifications by email.
  4. Click Save when you're done.

Changes to your billing notifications will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Monthly invoices via email

If you have a monthly invoice account, we send your invoice via email to your accounts payable contacts on file. Make sure their information is up to date.

  1. Click the gear icon gear icon, and then click Settings.
  2. Click Billing settings in the left pane. (If it's closed, you can open the pane by clicking the arrow.)
  3. Find the SAP ID you wish to edit. (If its details are hidden, you can reveal them by clicking the arrow.)
  4. Click Add accounts payable contact to add a person's email address, first name, last name, and phone number (with country/region code).
  5. Click Save when you're done.

Any changes you make will take effect in the next billing cycle. By the 2nd business day of the month, your accounts payable contacts will receive your invoice by email.
