We recommend the following settings so that your browser, computer, and Microsoft Advertising work in sync.

Microsoft Advertising needs pop-ups to be active on your computer. Just turn off your browser's pop-up blocker for the Microsoft Advertising website and allow pop-ups to run. Check your web browser Help for info on how to do that.

If you encounter issues signing in or using Microsoft Advertising, try these troubleshooting steps. Consult your browser's Help for step-by-step instructions.

  • Clear your browser cache, cookies, and history. Close your browser, and then reopen it to start a new session.
  • Use Microsoft Advertising in private mode (also known as Incognito or InPrivate mode, depending on your browser).
  • Add microsoft.com as a trusted site, if that feature is supported by your browser.
