Get the big picture from the Accounts Summary page

Do you manage multiple accounts? The Accounts Summary page can help you stay on top of them by answering questions like "Which accounts have the lowest CTR?" "Which ones need new insertion orders?" and "Which ones aren't meeting their budgets?"

If you manage multiple Bing Ads accounts, the Accounts Summary page can help you view performance and budget data across all your accounts so that you can quickly target areas needing your attention the most. Want to find out which of your accounts have the lowest CTR so that you can work on those keyword lists? Want to quickly see which invoiced accounts need new insertion orders? Accounts Summary can answer these questions and more.

Each row in the Accounts Summary table shows totals for common performance metrics and budget data for all campaigns in an account. The overall total, at the bottom of the table, sums up all of your accounts.

On the Performance tab, click the account name and we'll take you to the Campaigns page. On the Budget tab, click the account name and we'll take you to the Account details page. There are also short cuts at the top of the page to "create an account" and "manage your requests." Within the page, you can also:

Like other tables in Bing Ads, you can filter your results and select the columns you want to view. Here are the default columns for the Performance and Budget tabs:

Performance tab Budget tab
Status Status
Account name Account name
Currency Currency
Clicks Company name
Impressions Bill-to customer

Conversions IO budget*
CPC IO budget remaining*
Spend IO start date*
IO end date*
Total daily budget
Total monthly budget

*These columns are only visible if one of your accounts uses insertion orders and monthly invoice billing.

Notes
  • Customers with 1 account or with more than 2000 accounts will not see the Accounts Summary page.
  • On the Budget tab, if you have postpay threshold account, you’ll see total daily budget and total monthly budget by default. If you are billed by invoice, you’ll also see insertion order data (IO budget, IO budget remaining, IO start date, etc.).
  • If your accounts are in different currencies, you won’t see overall totals for performance metrics and budget data that provide financial information (for example, average CPC, spend, IO budget).
  • When you filter the table data, overall totals will only include filtered accounts.

Frequently asked questions

What does overall total include? expando image
Overall total includes all of the accounts on all of the pages, not just the accounts that are visible. Keep in mind that if you add a filter to the table, the overall total will only include data from the accounts in your filtered results.
Why do some of the table cells have dashes instead of data? expando image
In some cases, we are unable to provide meaningful data in the table, in which case we show a dash. For example:
  • When accounts use different currencies, overall totals aren’t relevant for columns that show financial data (for example, average CPC, spend, IO budget).
  • When an account is threshold billed, insertion order data isn’t relevant; likewise, when an account is invoiced billed, total daily budget and total monthly budget aren’t relevant.
What if I don’t want the Accounts Summary page to be my landing page? expando image

By default, if you have more than 1 account (but no more than 2,000), the Accounts Summary page is your landing page after you sign in to Bing Ads. Want to change this? At the bottom of the page, click When I sign in, take me to the Campaigns page.

Why don't I see the Accounts Summary page? expando image

If you have 1 account (or more than 2,000), the Accounts Summary page is not visible and you will go to the Campaigns page after you sign in.
