Important
Please be advised that only publishers residing in one of our supported pubCenter countries are qualified to receive payments. MICROSOFT TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND DISCLAIMS ANY OBLIGATIONS TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO PUBLISHERS WHO ARE OPERATING OUTSIDE OF OUR SUPPORTED COUNTRIES.
Publishers subject to backup withholding may receive funds minus the withholding amount from the payment distribution. Contact your tax professional for more information.
Microsoft cannot send payment checks to post office boxes (P.O. boxes).
Payment Process
Payments are made monthly and are subject to threshold requirements. Publishers will need to have a minimum threshold in payments due, in a given month, in order to be paid. Once the threshold is reached, Microsoft will issue a payment within thirty days of posting the publisher’s payment information on pubCenter. If the publisher’s earnings balance is less than the threshold, earnings will continue to accrue until they reach the threshold. Publishers can view the available payment amount in the Payment column.
