Help opens in a separate browser window
We’ve changed Help so that it appears in its own browser window and is always available when and where you need it. You’ll also find direct links to the Community and Support sites where you can get additional help, and share your comments and questions on the Bing Ads forums and blogs.

Improved targeting
With this release, targeting works the way you expect: We look at your campaign and ad group settings, and if there is no conflict, we use both.
